South Easton, MA – April 1, 2024: Parris Construction Management is excited to announce the award of a significant infrastructure project with the Spaulding Skilled Nursing Center in Brighton, Massachusetts. The key project will enhance the center’s operational capabilities and ensure the utmost safety and efficiency for its residents and staff. The project includes the replacement of the emergency generator system, the expansion of the loading dock area and equipment, and relocation of the compactor, to accommodate increased demand.

The Emergency Generator Replacement and Loading Dock Expansion project, scheduled to begin in April 2024, is a proactive measure undertaken by Spaulding Skilled Nursing Facility to modernize its facilities and better serve its community. The aging emergency generator system will be replaced with a new state-of-the-art 275KW Emergency Generator, ensuring reliable backup power in the event of unforeseen power outages or emergencies. This upgrade aligns with Spaulding’s commitment to providing uninterrupted care and support to its residents, even during challenging circumstances.

In addition to the generator replacement, the project includes the expansion of the center’s loading dock area and equipment. With the growing needs of the center and increased deliveries of essential supplies and equipment, the expansion will streamline logistical operations and improve the overall efficiency of goods handling. The expanded loading dock will feature modern amenities and infrastructure, allowing for smoother inbound and outbound logistics and reducing congestion in the center’s delivery area.
