Parris Construction Management Awarded Contract to Renovate Historic Rose House at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital

Addressing Critical Recruitment Needs

South Easton, MA – April 4, 2024: Parris Construction Management is thrilled to announce that it has been selected to undertake the renovation and addition project at the historic Rose House on the grounds of Martha’s Vineyard Hospital in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. The project aims to provide much-needed housing for physicians and nursing staff, addressing critical recruitment needs on the island.

Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, a cornerstone of healthcare services for the Martha’s Vineyard community, has partnered with Parris Construction Management to renovate the historic Rose House and create three new units of hospital-provided residences for physicians and nursing staff. The project seeks to alleviate housing challenges faced by healthcare professionals on the island and enhance the hospital’s ability to recruit and retain talented staff.
