Raynham, MA – March 1, 2020: Parris Construction Management has been contracted to perform three critical multi-phase creation and renovation projects for Martha’s Vineyard Hospital in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Pediatrics and Family Medicine Suite Renovation
In partnership with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, Parris Construction Management has been awarded the contract to provide construction management services to relocate the Outpatient Pediatric Medical Practice as well as perform selective renovations and improvements to the existing Outpatient Family Medicine Unit. This multi-phase renovation will create a new functional Outpatient Pediatric Department, incorporating vital traffic flow patterns in a congested area in wing one at the hospital. The 2nd Phase of the project shall incorporate improvements to the Outpatient Family Medicine Unit, creating new check in/checkout areas, waiting room, support space and upgrades to existing exam rooms.

New Pharmacy
Parris Construction Management has been awarded the contract to construct the new compliant pharmacy for Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, working in conjunction with Robinson Green Beretta Architects, and Grifols Healthcare, the clean room partner, to create the new pharmacy, support and administration spaces. The critical project includes a small footprint addition to the hospital to accommodate the compliant clean room components.

New TeleHealth Suite
Working in conjunction with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, Parris Construction Management has been awarded the contract to provide construction management services to convert an Outpatient Medical Practice to a new TeleHealth Suite, including check in/checkout, reception, waiting and exam rooms.
